Warranty Policy

CUDIS provides a limited warranty for hardware defects arising under normal intended use.

Warranty Period

The CUDIS 002 Edition includes a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

· Functional hardware defects

· Manufacturing faults

· Hardware failures occurring under normal usage conditions

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

1. Normal Wear and Tear

Including but not limited to:

· Surface scratches

· Cosmetic dents

· Finish discoloration

· General appearance changes from daily use

2. Battery Depreciation

Natural battery capacity reduction over time is not considered a defect unless caused by manufacturing failure.

3. Accidental Damage or Misuse

Including:

· Drops

· Crushing damage

· Improper charging

· Exposure to liquids beyond the device rating

· Fire or environmental damage

· Improper use inconsistent with official instructions

4. Unauthorized Repair or Modification

Damage resulting from:

· Unauthorized repair attempts

· Third-party servicing

· Software tampering

· Hardware modifications

How to File a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact:

Please provide:

· Your order number

· The purchase email address

· Photos or videos showing the issue

If requested by our support team, you may also be asked to provide diagnostic information or a Log ID to help our engineering team verify the issue.

Customers may be required to complete troubleshooting steps before a warranty claim is approved.

Once approved, our customer support team will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.

Depending on the situation, CUDIS may offer:
