Why did we build CUDIS?

CUDIS is built around you. Bad sleep? Your AI coach breaks down why — and what to do before the day starts. Traveling across time zones? CUDIS starts working before you even pack. It preps your body for the journey, and when you land, guides you back to 100 — local food, rest, recovery, all of it. Training for HYROX or game day? Your coach tracks every session and recovery window so you can show up at your best.

Before CUDIS, we wore everything. Oura, Whoop, Garmin — we tried them all, and respected what they built. But we kept coming back to the same feeling: the data was ours, but it never really felt that way. Numbers without context. Insights without direction. A picture of your health that only went so far.

We believed you deserved more than a score. Your data should know you, move with you, and work toward something — your goals, your recovery, your life. That's what we set out to build.

We're not building another smart ring. We're building something that knows you — and works every day toward your performance, recovery, and longevity.

Our Mission

Supporting your daily recovery, anti-aging, and wellness

We started in Los Angeles in 2023 — a city where we live and breathe culture and wellness, and held ourselves to a high bar from day one. We spent years researching and testing every device on the market before deciding to build our own. The technology, the design, the experience — nothing shipped until it felt right.

CUDIS is what we wished existed. Built to move with your life, not just measure it.

The first product was launched in 2024 April, and it went viral all around the world in just 10 days. Now, CUDIS has 30,000+ ring holders and 250,000+ members from 103 countries. CUDIS has partnered with UCLA, Roger Dubuis, Lamborghini, and many notable brands to elevate the influence and experience for our community members.
