Refund Policy
At CUDIS, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Official CUDIS Website unless otherwise stated.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
· The product must be in good condition with no significant signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
· The item must be returned with its original packaging, charging accessories, manuals, and included gifts (if any).
· The device must be removed from your CUDIS account and reset according to instructions provided by our support team.
· Proof of purchase & order number is required.
The following conditions may result in a rejected return or partial refund deduction:
· Missing accessories, gifts, or packaging
· Excessive scratches, dents, deformation, or damage
· Products showing clear signs of misuse or unauthorized modification
· Devices that cannot be reset or unbound from a user account
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, returned products should be cleaned before being shipped back.
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact:

· The email address used for purchase
· The reason for the request
· Photos or videos if reporting a defect or damage
Please do not send products back without prior approval from the CUDIS support team. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or rejected.
Once your request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 calendar days.
3. Return Policy
A. Returns for Non-Quality Issues
Examples include:
· Change of mind
· Incorrect size selected
· Incorrect color selected
· No longer wanted
For approved non-quality returns:
· Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to the designated CUDIS Return Hub.
· Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, taxes, duties, and customs-related charges are non-refundable.
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
B. Returns for Quality Issues
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, hardware malfunction, or if you received the wrong item, please contact CUDIS Support at:

· A description of the issue
· Relevant photos or videos
All quality-related return requests must be reviewed and approved by our support team before any return is shipped.
Once approved, our customer support team will provide instructions for the return or replacement process. In most approved quality-related cases reported within 30 days of delivery, CUDIS will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.
Depending on the situation, CUDIS may offer:
· Replacement
· Repair
· Full or partial refund
4. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery for:
· A different size
· A different color
For approved non-quality exchanges:
United States Orders
For orders shipped within the United States, CUDIS currently offers one free non-quality exchange per order.
After a non-quality exchange has been completed:
· The exchanged order will no longer be eligible for additional non-quality exchanges.
· The exchanged order will no longer be eligible for non-quality refunds.
International Orders
For customers outside the United States, please contact CUDIS Support for detailed information regarding exchange shipping costs and logistics arrangements.
All exchanges remain subject to product availability.
5. Refund & Exchange Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
· Refunds or Exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
· The exact timing of refund depends on your payment provider or banking institution.
If returned products are incomplete, damaged, or missing accessories, CUDIS reserves the right to reject the refund or exchange request, or deduct the corresponding value from the refund amount.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following situations:
· Requests submitted after the 30-day return period
· Products damaged by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications
· Products with missing accessories or incomplete packaging
· Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand platforms
· Promotional giveaway items or free sample units
· Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Certain limited-edition, clearance, or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any such restriction will be clearly stated at checkout or on the product page.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned products are properly packaged and shipped using a trackable shipping service.
CUDIS is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit when the customer arranges the shipment.
8. Third-Party Purchases
This policy applies only to products purchased directly through the official CUDIS website.
Products purchased through:
· Kickstarter or other crowdfunding campaigns
· Third-party retailers
· Unauthorized resellers
· Marketplace platforms
· Second-hand transactions
may be subject to separate return, refund, or warranty terms and may not qualify for the policies described above.
