How accurate is a ring versus a watch?
The finger is a better place to read a pulse at rest than the top of the wrist โ more blood flow near the surface, less bone and tendon in the way. For live exercise heart rate and GPS, a watch is better. That's why a lot of people wear both.
What if the size is wrong?
Sizing exchanges are free, and we can send a physical sizing kit before you order.
Can I swim and shower in it?
