At CUDIS, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure you have the best possible experience with your smart ring. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, exchanges, warranties, and our special upgrade programs.

1. Order Cancellations & Refunds

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, refunds and changes are subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only permitted if the ring has not been shipped and is not yet being processed by our logistics team.

  • How to Request: You must email support@cudis.xyz immediately to request a cancellation. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.


2. Order Changes

If you realize you need to change your order (e.g., ring size or color):

  • Eligibility: Changes are only allowed if the ring has not been shipped and is not yet being processed.

  • How to Request: Email support@cudis.xyz with your order number and the requested changes.


3. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date you receive your product.

Standard Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your ring for a different size or color:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

  • Condition: The ring must be in excellent condition with no signs of wear. No exchanges will be accepted for rings that have been heavily used or damaged by the user.

  • Verification: The returned ring must be received and verified at our return hub before a replacement can be processed and shipped.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original ring to our hub.

Incorrect Item Received (CUDIS Error)

If you receive the wrong ring due to a system error or logistics mistake, we will cover all shipping costs for an exchange, provided the request is made within 7 days of receipt.


4. Warranty Policy

CUDIS provides a limited warranty for hardware defects that arise under normal usage conditions.

  • Warranty Period: The 002 Edition includes a 1-year warranty starting from the date of receipt.

  • What is Covered: Functional defects or hardware failures occurring under normal, intended use.

What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)

The following cases are not eligible for warranty claims:

  1. Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to surface scratches, dents, or changes in the finish that occur through regular daily use.

  2. Battery Depreciation: Natural reduction in battery capacity over time, unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

  3. Accidental Damage & Misuse: Damage caused by accidents (e.g., dropping the ring), misuse, exposure to liquids outside of the device's rated limits, or fire.

  4. Unauthorized Repairs: Damage resulting from service or repairs performed by anyone who is not an authorized CUDIS representative, or any unauthorized modifications to the ring’s hardware/software.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To be eligible for a warranty replacement, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Email Submission: Use the original purchase email to contact support@cudis.xyz.

  2. Troubleshooting: Follow all instructions provided by our support team to attempt a fix.

  3. Required Information:

    • Your Order ID.

    • A Log ID (Confirmed by our Engineering Team as a hardware/software fault).

    • Clear videos or photos showing the issue.

  4. Return Process: Once approved, the defective ring must be sent back to our Return Hub.

  5. Shipping Reimbursement: CUDIS will reimburse up to $10 of the shipping cost for returning the faulty ring under an approved warranty claim.


5. CUDIS 001 to 002 Upgrade Campaign

This exclusive campaign is dedicated to our early supporters who purchased the original CUDIS 001 Edition and wish to upgrade to our latest technology.

  • The Offer: Verified 001 Edition owners are eligible to purchase the 002 Classic at a special upgrade price of $99. This new ring includes a standard 1-year warranty starting from the date of receipt.

  • Campaign Period: This offer is a limited-time promotion and is valid until June 30, 2026.

  • Eligibility Requirements:

    • The claimant must have a valid purchase record specifically for the CUDIS 001 Edition.

    • The request must be sent from the original purchase email used for the 001 order to support@cudis.xyz.

  • Availability: This upgrade offer is strictly applicable to the 002 Classic model only.
